When the job requires it, sometimes you need to find experienced models, photographers, makeup artists or stylists.
To make the selection process more effective, you can now create castings and collaborations aimed exclusively at experienced people. You will receive fewer applications, but they will be a much better fit for the job, saving you time in the process.
How do we determine the expertise level?
Litmind curators review profile photos and bios and assign an approximate experience level.
Of course, this is not an exact science since we can only make a subjective judgment. For example: we consider that models with low quality photos taken by themselves or without any professional photographs in their portfolio do not yet have enough experience, and cannot sign up for castings and collaborations that have been configured to require only people with experience.
